DRMB Property Management is the lettings and management division of DRMB Holdings — a South-East London group with interests across property, plumbing & heating, technology, and commerce.
We started in property by acquiring and managing our own residential portfolio. That gave us something most agencies lack: direct experience of what goes wrong when management isn't tight, and what a well-run tenancy actually looks like from an owner's perspective.
Now we're extending that model to managing other landlords' properties — and we're bringing the same standards with us. That means no passing the buck to contractors, no call-centre responses to tenant issues, and no letting compliance slip because it's someone else's building. We treat every managed property the way we'd want ours treated.
