The monthly management fee is charged as a percentage of the rent received each month. If the property is vacant, you are not charged. The fee covers all ongoing management activities described in the Full Management tier.
The one-off onboarding fee covers property setup: conducting a detailed property inspection, compiling the initial inventory, setting up our management systems, and inducting the new tenant. It is charged once, at the start of the first tenancy.
No — maintenance and repair costs are passed through at cost and paid by the landlord. Because DRMB Plumbing & Heating is our in-house trades team, you benefit from fair, competitive rates rather than marked-up contractor fees. We always seek landlord approval before instructing non-emergency works above an agreed threshold.
