Landlord Services Built Around You

From finding the right tenant to managing every detail of your property — choose the level of support that suits you.

UK private landlords carry more compliance responsibility than ever — and the gap between a compliant let and an expensive tribunal can come down to a single form. DRMB Property Management exists to close that gap for you, whether you want us involved at every step or just at the beginning.

Tenant Find

The right tenant, placed properly.

Tenant Find is where most landlords start with us — and where we start with them. If you're comfortable managing day-to-day but want a professional to handle the letting process, Tenant Find is the right fit. We market your property, manage viewings, vet applicants, and carry out all required legal checks — then hand you over with the tenancy in place and properly documented.

A poorly referenced tenant costs landlords thousands. Our process is thorough because we manage our own portfolio the same way — we know what the risks look like and how to screen against them.

Tenant Find includes:

  • Professional property listing with photographs (where provided)
  • Marketing via OpenRent, with syndication to Rightmove and Zoopla
  • Viewing management and feedback
  • Full tenant referencing — credit, employment, and previous landlord
  • Right-to-Rent checks, correctly conducted and documented
  • Tenancy agreement drafting
  • Deposit registration with an approved scheme
  • Move-in co-ordination and key handover

Complete Service

Full Management

Everything — handled.

Full Management is our complete service for landlords who want to be fully hands-off. We take on a limited number of fully managed properties so every one gets proper attention — get in touch to talk about availability. We take over every operational aspect of your tenancy from the moment a tenant is placed: compliance, maintenance, rent, and tenant communication.

Because DRMB Plumbing & Heating is part of the same group, urgent maintenance doesn't mean waiting days for a contractor to quote. It means a qualified engineer can be dispatched quickly — at fair, transparent cost. That's a material advantage over agencies that rely entirely on third-party trades.

What Full Management includes:

  • Property marketing via OpenRent, with syndication to Rightmove and Zoopla
  • Comprehensive tenant vetting — referencing, credit checks, employment verification
  • Right-to-Rent checks (UK legal requirement) carried out correctly
  • Tenancy agreement preparation and signing
  • Deposit registration with a government-approved scheme
  • Gas safety certificate co-ordination (annual legal requirement)
  • EPC management — flagging if renewal is needed
  • Selective and HMO licensing assistance (where applicable)
  • Routine property inspections and written reports
  • Maintenance co-ordination, including via DRMB Plumbing & Heating in-house
  • Rent collection, arrears chasing, and monthly statements
  • Day-to-day tenant liaison — minor issues handled without bothering you
  • End-of-tenancy checkout and deposit dispute management

Finance & Income

Rent Collection

Consistent income. No missed payments.

For landlords with an existing tenancy who manage the property themselves but want professional rent handling. We act as the point of contact for payment, issue formal statements, and chase arrears — so you stay out of difficult conversations while keeping your income reliable.

Rent Collection pairs well with Tenant Find: we can find your tenant, set up the tenancy, and then move into ongoing rent management from day one.

Rent Collection includes:

  • Monthly rent collection and processing
  • Prompt forwarding to your nominated account
  • Monthly rental statements for your records
  • Arrears management — formal chasing and documentation
  • Point of contact for tenant payment queries
  • Annual rental income summary (useful for tax records)

Landlord legislation moves fast. We stay ahead of it.

UK private landlords face growing legal obligations: Right-to-Rent checks, selective and additional licensing, EPC minimums, the abolition of Section 21 under the Renters' Rights Act, and more. Non-compliance can mean fines, rent repayment orders, and the inability to reclaim your property. Our team keeps compliance embedded in every letting — not as an afterthought, but as the foundation.
